How Pattern Learning Works
  1. When a PDF is uploaded, the system scans OCR text for lab-result-looking lines.
  2. Matched lines are extracted as observations.
  3. Unmatched lines appear here.
  4. You can map a pattern to a canonical test name.
  5. Future uploads will automatically recognize that pattern.
  6. Patterns with high frequency should be prioritized.
